This project builds system and blueprints HRD management completely. The development includes planning and developing organization and appropriate Job Desc, performance management system, employee development management system based on competency, and integrated remuneration system.
The main success achieved in this project is to improve HRD system that prioritizes fairness for the company and employees in order to increase productivity to achieve corporate goals. In addition, improvements to HRD management system carried out successfully guarded the transition of management from the first generation (founder) to the next generation.
