REye Hospital located in Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Development HRD System and Implementation of New HRD System.

This project completely builds system and blueprints HRD management. The developments include planning and developing appropriate organization and Job Desc, development system and recruitment plans, performance management, employee development management based on competency, and appropriate remuneration system.

The main accomplishment was able to prepare and oversee the development of HRD organization and management system when JEC transformed from a small hospital into two large hospitals, one international level, plus an integrated eye clinic, and several affiliates.
